R-Women Launch Overview

The Rotman Finance Association launched the R-Women Initiative with a goal to increase women’s engagement in recruiting for finance roles through mentorship and networking opportunities. We are hosting an official launch event comprised of a 1-hour panel discussion followed by a networking session and lunch between industry professionals and first year students identifying as women.
